از دیگر سرویس ها تیپاکس است که نسبت به پست هزینه گران تری دارد اما سفارشتان را در مدت زمان کمتری به دستتان میرساند.

مرجوعی کالا

در صورتی که تا 7 روز بعد از دریافت کالا از خرید خود منصرف شوید یا کالای ارسال شده با کالای خریداری شده مغایرت داشته باشد میتوانید آن را مرجوع کنید.

برای مرجوع کردن باید حتما کالا در شرایط اولیه خود که دریافت کردید قرار بگیرد. درغیر این صورت مرجوعی پذیرفته نمی‌شود

در صورتی که کالا ایراد فنی داشته باشد شما باید کالا را به گارنتی مربوطه ارجاع دهید، توجه کنید که هر گارانتی شرایط استفاده و تعمیر را بر روی برچسب یا کارت خود که همراه کالا برای شما ارسال میشود قرار داده است.

  • در صورت تایید کارشناس ما طی 7 روز کاری وجه کالا به حساب شما واریز میگردد
